Align Ministries has a responsibility to be faithful stewards and to maintain integrity and openness in our financial practices. Therefore, we are committed to fulfilling sound, Biblical standards for financial accountability.

Align Ministries presents the needs of God’s people to God’s people, then trusting the Holy Spirit to touch the hearts of those who He wants to participate in meeting those needs.

Because the Lord supplies us with resources for ministry through individual contributions, we recognize our accountability both to Him and to our donors. Yet my people and I cannot really give you anything, because everything is a gift from You, and we have only given back what is Yours already. 1 Chronicles 29:14 (TEV).

We have a responsibility to be faithful stewards and to maintain integrity and openness in our financial practices. Therefore, we are committed to fulfilling the following standards:

• We subscribe to a written statement of faith clearly affirming our commitment to the evangelical Christian doctrine. Advancing the Gospel of Jesus Christ is the primary objective of our financial conduct.
• We are governed by a responsible Board of Directors. The Board of Directors meet to establish policies and review operational results and ministry accomplishments.
• Our financial statements are prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. Copies of our financial statements are available upon request or can be downloaded from our web site.
• We seek to conduct our activities with the highest standards of integrity and to avoid conflicts of interest.
• We will not use high-pressure, manipulative, questionable or unethical fund-raising tactics. We believe that if it is God’s will He will provide for the needs.
• Our fund-raising appeals clearly identify the purpose and programs to which donations will be used.
• We ensure that donations are used for their intended purposes.
• Align Ministries may assess 10 percent to be used for administration.
• If we receive more contributions for an intended project than is necessary we will use the remaining funds to meet other needs to advance the Gospel.
• Contributions to Align Ministries are tax deductible to the full extent allowed by law. We provide donation receipts to all contributors showing the actual cash donated, the fair market value of any goods or services donated to Align Ministries.
• We will not operate Align Ministries with indebtedness that dishonors the cause of Christ and hinders the work of the Gospel.
• We respect and protect our supporter’s privacy, we will not give, provide, trade or transfer, sell or rent any of our supporter’s personal information to any other persons, groups, organizations, businesses, or government entities without a lawful court ordered subpoena.
